AND PHOTOGRAPHY and PANORAMAS PLUS have a strict and thorough process
to minimize Credit Card Fraud and for the protection of both the Customer
and the Merchant.
We guarantee all personal and Credit Card details will remain absolutely
confidential. They will not be passed on to any third party and destroyed
after the completeion of all transactions. All orders will undergo
several verification checks to correctly identify the Card Holder
when details are submitted by phone or post. Following guidelines
set out by "BENDIGO BANK" and "A.C.C.C." we will make every effort
to ascertain the validity of any Credit Card transaction requested,
until we are fully satisfied of its authenticity. The details of any
order placed which does not meet our verification checks, or is deemed
suspect, will be swiftly passed on to the relevant authorities. In
this event any money which has changed hands will be returned in full

Chapman Photographs are produced using the highest quality photographic
papers available for museum quality stability and longevity. They
are processed using only the recommended chemistry which is monitored
and maintained to exacting tolerances. All framing materials used
are acid-free and the processes employed are those recommended by
the manufacturers for best results. It is for these reasons we extend
an unconditional refund on any items returned and found defective
in these areas. In the unlikely event of dispute ever arising we adhere
to the A.C.C.C.'s recommendations for complaint handling and direct
you to the office of Consumer & Business Affairs in your nearest Capital
city.
